At Biz IT Solution, we strive to provide quality products and services. However, returns, replacements, and refunds are available only under specific conditions. Not all products fall under the same return policy. Please read the details carefully before making a purchase.

Brand New (Manufacturer Sealed Pack)

  • No replacements

  • Any functionality issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center

Brand New (Import OEM Products)

  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • Replacement available within 5 days of delivery in case of non-functionality

Tested Pulled / Used Products

  • Refund, replacement, or return available within 5 days of delivery

  • Applicable only in case of non-functionality

Category-Based Return Conditions

Pulled / Used Spare Parts (Copier, DMP, Inkjet, Laser, Plotter)

  • 5-day return window

  • Refund or replacement allowed for non-functional items

Manufacturer Sealed Spare Parts (Copier, DMP, Inkjet, Laser, Plotter)

  • No refunds

  • No replacements

  • Functionality issues handled by manufacturer

Printer Consumables (Ink, Toner, Photo Paper, Lamination Pouches)

  • No refunds

  • No replacements

Unboxed Printers

  • No refunds

  • No replacements

  • All functionality issues handled by manufacturer or service center

Brand New Printers

  • No refunds

  • No replacements

  • Manufacturer warranty applies

Non-Returnable Products

  • Some items are non-returnable due to product nature or special conditions

Full Refund / Replacement / Exchange Applicable When

  • The delivered product is different from the ordered product

  • Incorrect quantity is delivered

Return Pick-Up & Processing Conditions

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product is securely packed with all original accessories

  • Order ID and quality check mark are clearly visible

  • Original packaging is undamaged and unused

  • Warranty seals and labels are intact

  • The product is returned to the address provided by our support team

Additional Conditions:

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns are accepted only for orders above ₹249

  • Refund or replacement will be processed only after product inspection

Situations Where Returns May Be Rejected

  • Customer refuses delivery at the time of shipment

  • Delivery address is out of courier service range

  • Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Customer requests future delivery date beyond courier attempts

Courier companies will attempt delivery as per their policy.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after product inspection and approval

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • In certain cases, bank details or UPI/Paytm number may be required

  • Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days after approval

  • Refund amount may be partial after deducting payment gateway, order processing, or online transaction charges

Important Notes

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it immediately at the time of delivery

  • Once delivery is accepted, return eligibility will be subject to the conditions mentioned above

  • Biz IT Solution reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated criteria
