Shipping Coverage

  • We ship prepaid orders only.

  • Delivery is available across India, including:

    • Major metropolitan cities

    • District towns

    • Small villages and rural locations

    • North East states

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major Cities – Approximately 2 business days

  • District Locations – Approximately 3 business days

  • Small or Remote Areas (including North East states) – Approximately 4 to 6 business days

Please allow 1–2 business days for order dispatch after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day

  • Processing is subject to:

    • Successful payment confirmation

    • Card security verification (if applicable)

    • Product stock availability

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing and dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Exceptions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses

  • Military or restricted zone addresses

If a product becomes Out of Stock after your order is placed:

  • We will notify you promptly

Shipping via India Post

If you select India Post as your shipping method:

  • Delivery timelines may be uncertain

  • Tracking updates may be limited

  • Live shipment tracking may not be available

  • Biz IT Solution is not responsible for transit damage

Customers selecting India Post acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Order cancellations and refunds will be handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the specified timeframe

Combined Shipments

Biz IT Solution reserves the right to:

  • Combine multiple pending orders from the same customer

  • Ship them together in a single consignment when feasible

This helps optimize delivery efficiency and reduce logistics delays.
